Unflavoured Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs)
BCAAs are a combination of the three branched chain amino acids, Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. We’ve incorporated these at a 2 (leucine), 1 (valine) and 1 (isoleucine) ratio, which is generally considered the most optimum for muscle growth and recovery.
Bulk Nutrients also have BCAA 2-1-1 Capsules and BCAA Recovery.
Unflavoured BCAAs for maximum purity
BCAAs are well known for their ability to help muscle repair, supplementing with these can decrease breakdown of other amino acids and lead to a more positive nitrogen balance.

Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) (Unflavoured) Reviews
BCAAS UNFLAVOURED
I find this a great product! Tastes fine. Mixes fine… I either dump it straight on my tongue or mix in juice. It’s when it’s put in water that it gets a bit of a metallic taste. Works just as well as the musashi formula. Awesome price!
Most effective for fatigue and soreness
My fibromyalgia causes a decent amount of widespread pain, particularly during and after exercise. I’ve tried so many things over the years, diet changes, prescriptions, alternative medicine, physio, massage, osteo, Chiro; you name it! Nothing has even come close to being as effective as this magic potion in reducing and eventually eliminating pain. I just completed a 4 day hike, which I was told would likely never be possible, with little joint pain and absolutely no muscle pain, which I attribute completely to using BCAAs. I chose the unflavoured pure product because some ingredients cause me tummy upset, but I had no problems with this one. The product has a bitter taste, which I couldn’t stomach in just water, so I used cold water infusion teabags from the supermarket to flavour the water/BCAA mix and that was fine. Day 2 after we finished the hike, my partner and I started to feel our bodies getting sore and tight. I chugged down a teaspoon of this and felt great in the morning. He just went to sleep and was stiff and sore in the morning. 10/10 recommend.
BCAA
Great product; sent in a very timely fashion.
Usable
I haven’t been taking these long so can’t make any claims on it’s effectiveness but if you’re like me you’re reading these reviews for feedback on taste… does it taste good? No but it makes no to claim to. It kinda tastes a bit like how imagine plaster mix/dry wall might taste… It can be downed without too much effort and masked with a little flavour (I’ve been squeezing some liquid flavour drops in). I’d spend the extra next time for flavoured but if you’re on a budget or already have something to blend it with then go for it.
Quality product
Ok I don’t think it tastes great either but add the amino acid flavouring and it’s awesome and still cheap as.
Top BCAA Supplement
If you’re using it consistently you do notice the difference! The taste isn’t the best but that’s for the obvious reason that it’s unflavoured.. which I think is palatable when combined (which is recommended) with an L Glutamine supplement anyway.
BCAAS unflavoured
You will not beat this product for price, quality and value for money.
Fills the void
BCAAs have a list of benefits, but this one is simple, easy and REALLY good at stop me getting hungry while training.
BCAA Unflavoured
Unflavoured BCAA is probably one of the worst flavours I’ve tasted. Purchased unflavoured to add to a pre and post workout stack which was already flavoured. Adds a bitter and metallic taste to the stack.
BCAA Unflavoured
Was reluctant to purchase the 1kg bag due to some bad reviews on taste, But upon trying it out this week it is perfectly fine and will purchase the 1kg size next order
Gross but good for gains?
As per previous reviews, this stuff is yuck. It leaves a film on my tongue and stains my breath. Definitely needs to be mixed with something flavoured.. I was avoiding pre-workout with caffeine but a little bit of this covers up the taste and other things. I assume it’s helping my strength gains by nourishing my body appropriately however its only been a few weeks.

Have been buying this product for a few years now and still can’t fault it for quality and value.
