Citrulline Malate Reviews

Super effective but the taste :/

Posted by Andrew on September 25, 2019

This is the supplement that I’ve had the best outcome from. At first I was sceptical but having tried on and off for a few weeks at a time I am a firm believer in the extra energy this brings to my workouts. Tastes like vomit and overpowers anything I try to stack/mix with. Worth it for the gains though!

Pumped

Posted by Nate on May 13, 2019

Add it to under dosed pre workouts. I take 10g first thing in the morning before my workout and I stay pumped all day. Love it.

Great strength gain and helps with getting a good pump.

Endurance and blood flow

Posted by Paul D on January 4, 2019

Been using Citrulline Malate for ages now, it is my primary pre-workout supplement for a couple of reasons. First, it gives me so much endurance on a 3g dose. It also improves circulation, even for my sprinting sessions where blood flow is vital to muscle endurance and workout length. It is a metabolite of L-Arginine but, unlike L-Arginine, it bypasses absorption in the liver and enters the bloodstream intact. It then gets converted to Arginine inside the cells which enables the release of Nitric Oxide, the vasodilator that directly relaxes blood vessels, improves blood flow and blood pressure. A truly great supplement that is perfectly safe and affordable for regular use. Congrats to Bulk Nutrients again for offering such a great, non stimulant based, pre-workout product for multiple applications

Great

I bought this product on a recommendation as I was looking to move away from other name brand pre workouts and make my own. Works great I mix it with some juice with beta alanine and creatine, good pumps. Depending on your tolerance stick with the recommended serving suggestion and go from there!

Solid Pump

Can’t say too much about it that hasn’t been said. Gives you a nice vascular/pump feeling while training. Sour taste which I like, though others might not.

Good value for money.

Citrulline Malate

I used Citrulline Malate because I read the nitric oxide that is generated lowers blood pressure. I have been taking it for a while now and my bp is at an acceptable level. It is very sour so I take it with a glass of apple juice generally as afternoon tea.
