About Creatine Monohydrate
Creatine Monohydrate is the most heavily researched supplement for building muscle, increasing muscle size, reducing muscular fatigue and increasing muscular endurance. It has been supported by research for more than 25 years as the most effective supplement for increasing muscular performance. Supplementing with creatine monohydrate supports the body’s ATP energy systems which are used for muscle contractions and explosive energy.
Creatine Monohydrate FAQs
What does Creatine do?
Creatine Monohydrate is one of the most researched and effective supplements helps with energy production.
It is used in the generation of ATP where it donates phosphocreatine to ADP, regenerating it to ATP. ATP is the fuel used for muscular contractions in high output activities.
What is a normal dose size of Creatine?
A typical dose of Creatine is 0.03 grams per kg of bodyweight which is equivalent to 2.4 grams a day for an 80kg person.
Most Creatine users find benefits in ‘loading’ Creatine with doses up to five times the standard dose.
What are the benefits of Creatine loading?
Your muscles have a capacity for how much creatine can be stored. While approximately 2.4 grams a day is optimal for keeping these levels topped up, ‘loading’ allows you to reach the peak levels much more quickly then when starting with a lower dose.
Think of your muscle like a Creatine fuel tank, if you load first the tank is full, so every time you add more you are topping it up to the brim.
Do I need to load Creatine?
Loading of Creatine is not necessary; however, it will mean that maximum benefits will be gained sooner than when no loading takes place.
Is Creatine safe?
Creatine has been very heavily researched and has often misunderstood. There were wrongful reports of kidney damage as people were not initially aware that creatine increases creatinine levels (creatinine is often used as a marker for kidney health). There is no long-term evidence to suggest it affects kidney health though. People’s main issues with Creatine come from the short-term gastro-intestinal issues.
Is Creatine bad for kidneys?
There is no long-term evidence of Creatine having a negative effect on kidneys. This is often misunderstood as creatine use means more creatinine is produced as a by-product.
Is Creatine just good for building muscle?
Yes, Creatine is considered one of the most effective supplements for building muscle. It has a clear effect on power output with increases of around 10% quite common.
Creatine causes weight gain both by the addition of water weight and increased muscle size.
Will Creatine give me cramps?
No, in fact evidence exists to the contrary. Creatine may enhance performance in hot and humid conditions by maintaining haematocrit (red blood cell ratio), helping thermoregulation and reducing heart rate.

Acceptable
I have been taking this product for the last year and have found it to be beneficial to my health and wellbeing. I take 5gm early morning daily with a sip of water to allow to get into my system and be fully absorbed before I take any other food. I have notice over time the beneficial effects of more energy and clear thinking. Science has proven this to be of great efficacy to the human body when taken in the right proportions.
Cost effective and great texture
Talk about getting bang for your buck! Blends beautifully too. Undetectable when used in smoothies and protein shakes

Easy to mix and decently priced.
Best Bang for buck on the market
Been buying this product for 2 years now.
Great value and best bang for buck on the market.
It is creatine monohydrate.
Was nervous it might be cocaine, but it is genuinely Creatine.
Creatine Monohydrate
Really solid, well priced product. Only issue I have is whether the servings amount listed on the packaging will match up with my actual experience.
Cretatine
Hard to tell as i have been taking the product for 3 weeks now. No difference in strength.
Creatine Monohydrate
Great company to deal with, very logical & simple delivery process. Product arrived in a timely fashion and is exactly what was expected. Also pricing was good too, a bonus !
Unnoticeable flavour
This is hands down the best creatine I’ve got in my life. Generally, creatine has a sandy texture (if you put larger amounts so it doesn’t all dissolve) but you literally don’t notice this one atall. Highly recommend
