Green Tea Extract Powder: The Benefits
The EGCG content for our Green Tea is 40% with Polyphenols being 90%. Green Tea extract contains caffeine, our version is considered “low caffeine”. Green Tea has been used in China for thousands of years. The active ingredients in green tea extract are polyphenols which come in the form of flavinoids, catechins and EGCG. Our Green Tea Extract is extremely pure with a polyphenol content of over 90%.
EGCG is the most potent of the Green Tea molecules, which is generally considered to be the most important for fat burning effects. Green Tea Extract is likely the most legitimately researched compound when it comes to fat loss and weight control. There are multiple valid studies which demonstrate it assists with fat mass, fat oxidation and lipid peroxidation as well as reductions in LDL, most being proper human trials.
While Green Tea is well supported in isolation, it is even more effective when combined with ingredients like Quercetin which improve bioavailability.

Green Tea Extract Reviews
Green Tea Extract

Taste is not for the faint hearted! Even in a smoothie bitterness comes through however persevering!
The green tea extract is very effective, however do be careful because it increased my apetite by a substantial amount. Overall very good value for money
Green Tea Extract
Great product! Love the price have two pouches one for work the other for home. I find it’s best to use in coffee as the taste can be a bit much. Other then that great product!
Tried it for the first time and no complaints here, does need a serving scoop though..
It needs a scoop in the bag because I’m guessing dosages. Once I started this, I was more regular. It tastes like crap so mix it with an electrolyte for example. Great for stitching up mates when you ask them to try a some straight from the bag.
Has helped with the weight control so far. Might be because the taste numbs my mouth, so I drink a lot more water which keeps me full. I do like that it is low caffeine, so it doesn’t really affect me if I take it in the evening. I have built a tolerance to caffeine so this might not be the case for everyone.
Great product and great value!
I’ve been adding a teaspoon amount of greentea extra to my smoothie everyday, and I noticed my mild case of acne cleared up quite considerably. so far, i’m loving it :)
Green tea extract
Nasty taste but have in small amounts mixed with shakes is ok. Only been a short time do not sure of results do far.
A great substitute for coffee on a daily basis
I have found that since using Green Tea Extract I have a lot more energy! It doesn’t taste great on its own but if you dissolve your Green Tea Extract in hot water, let it cool, then add to your protein shake you really can’t taste it(vanilla especially masks the flavour)☺️
I blend half teaspoon with a banana and orange plus honey and water to make 600 ml. That makes it drinkable. Don’t know if that changes the effect it should have.
I have never tasted anything this bad in my life! Made me gag the first time I drank it lol
However, I do feel pretty good after drinking it and by reducing the amount per serve and increasing the tap water to boiling water ratio I am able to gulp it down quickly. Next time I may go for the capsules!
