To maintain our Protein Matrix+’s consistent high quality, we send a cross section of our product range away to be tested for protein purity by the National Measurement Institute (NMI) each month.
The NMI is a laboratory run by the Australian Government, which is used for police forensic testing, ASADA drug screening and by multinational food manufacturers for quality and safety testing.
NMI has conducted many hundreds of tests on Bulk Nutrients products for more than 6 years.

The best way to test out flavours before committing to the kilo bags. Flavours were great, true tasting and not overly sweet at all. Rocky road was great and vanilla was very creamy. Now just which ones to buy?

Fantastic Trial or Travel
I purchased these Matrix+ Travel pack recently to try all the flavours. great single serve sachets, no mess and awesome flavours. These don’t give me the upset belly bloated feeling that most WPC/WPI does. I love that I can take them anywhere with me, in my gym bag or travelling. Great way to mix up regular protein shake flavours as well without buying all 4 flavours in bulk.
